Take notice that Ms Silvi Schaumloeffel & Mr M Gascoyne are applying to West Oxfordshire District Council for planning permission and relevant demolition in a conservation area for the 'Demolition of existing modern garage and erection of a two storey side extension and two storey rear extension connecting to the existing house. Amendments to previous planning permission reference 23/01839/FUL'
Any owner* of the land or tenant* who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to West Oxfordshire District Council, Elmfield, New Yatt Road, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 1PB within 21 days of this notice.

'Owner means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.
"Tenant means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
