Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

23/1469/HSE/HHO: 55 Elmroyd Avenue, Potters Bar, EN6 2EF. Single storey rear extension and alterations to fenestration following demolition of conservatory. Reason: Conservation Area.

23/14967LBC & 23/1495/HSE/MBA: Rafes Barn, Mimms Lane, Ridge, Potters Bar, EN6 3LY. Construction of a single storey front extension, single storey rear extension, and internal works to separate the rear of the garage to provide utility room, new window to existing ground floor bathroom and alterations to create access openings and replacement staircase. Reason: Listed Building & Green Belt & Application for Listed Building consent.

23/1493/HSE/GO: 48 Heath Drive, Potters Bar, EN6 1EJ. Construction of part single, part two storey rear extension, two storey side extension to include integral garage, and alterations to fenestration. Roof alterations to create new front gables. (Revised application from 22/0305/HSE) Reason: Conservation Area.

23/1499/LBC & 23/1498/HSE/MBA: Cedar House, 73 Blanche Lane, South Mimms, Potters Bar, EN6 3PA. Insertion of 2 roof lights to approved side extension following consented schemes 23/0920/HSE and 23/0921/LBC. Reason: Listed Building within Conservation Area & Green Belt & Application for Listed Building consent.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices. If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
