REASON FOR INQUIRY Appeal by Thrive Homes, relating to the application to Welwyn Hatfield Council for Outline application for redevelopment of the site to provide 151 dwellings with all matters reserved except for access at B&Q, Swallowfields, Welwyn Garden City, AL7 1JD
