Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received: Application No. 22/23/00008 & 22/23/00009: Building At, Gardener's Cottage, Cossington Park, Middle Road, Cossington, Bridgwater TA7. Change of use and conversion of barn to form holiday let, including the erection of single storey side (East) extension, parking, and associated works. This application may affect the setting of a listed building. Application No. 54/23/00013: Land At (Plot A), Newhouse Farm, Reeds Drive, Woolavington, Bridgwater TA7. Change of use of agricultural land to residential and erection of a self-build dwelling with detached double garage. This application is of public interest Application No. 09/23/00016: Red Tiles, River Lane, Dunwear, Bridgwater TA7 0AD. Erection of lno. dwelling and detached double garage with associated works. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. Application No. 13/23/00023: BuildingAt, Blackmore Farm, Blackmore Lane, Cannington, Bridgwater TA5. Change of use of an agricultural building to form 2no. commercial units (Use Classes E & B8). This development may affect a public right of way. Application No. 12/23/00029: Land West of, A38 Bristol Road, Highbridge TA9. Outline apphcation with some matters reserved, for a commercial development comprising use classes E (g) (ii and in), B2 and B8, ancillary offices and trade counters, improved site access off A3 8 Bristol Road, with all associated works and infrastructure. This proposal is a major development and is of public interest Comments welcome by 28/11/2023.
