The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Haigh Village.
A/23/96252/HH Windmill Cottage 9 Copperas Lane Haigh Wigan. Single storey and first floor extensions to side and rear following removal of existing garage together with associated external alterations.
A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
