Site Address: Land Adjacent to White Park Business Estate, Elstree Hill South, Elstree, Hertfordshire, WD6 3BL

Proposal: Appeal against Enforcement notice dated 4th November 2021 Without planning permission, the material change of use of the Land to storage and distribution (Use Class B8 of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987, as amended,) including the storage of containers, machinery, skips, equipment and materials, together with the ancillary parking of vehicles in association with the said use, and the erection of fencing and gates on the land in association with the said use.

The Hearing will open on Tuesday 5th December 2023 at 10am and will take place at the Hertsmere Borough Council, Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Herts WD6 1WA.

Members of the public may attend the Hearing and, at the Inspector's discretion, express their views
