What is planned?
NOTICE OF DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE LAND AT RINGLAND
In accordance with the provisions of section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 notice Is given that Newport City Council Intends to dispose of a parcel of open space (as described below In the Schedule) which is situated at Ringland, Newport, by way of a transfer. The disposal will assist the redevelopment of social housing. A plan showing the approximate location of the affected land may be obtained by contacting the Council at email address: Conveyancing.Team@newport.gov.uk Members of the public who wish to comment or object to the proposed disposal of the land should send their comments or objection in writing either to the email address stated above or to the Head of Law and Standards, Civic Centre, Newport NP20 4UR (reference: Conveyancing Team) by 5 pm on 17th November 2023.
