The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Leigh Town Centre.
A/23/96065/CU The Well Women Centre 55 Church Street Leigh WN7 1AY. Change of use to a 10-bedroom HMO (Sui Generis Use), together with the installation of a new rooflight.
The planning application above has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
A/23/96128/VARMAJ Garrett Hall Farm Garrett Hall Gardens Tyldesley Manchester. Variation of conditions 2, 19 and 34 of previously approved A/22/94298/VARMAJ to allow for revised access to bridge and associated layouts.
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for the above works which the Council considers would affect the setting of a listed building.
