2. Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of 87 dwellings including formation of a new access from Cliffe Lane, landscaping, public open space and all associated infrastructure and engineering works at Land to the rear of, 271, Cliffe Lane, Gomersal, Cleckheaton. Application No. 2023/92966.

The following planning application has been received which is either within a Conservation Area or affects its setting

3. Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of one detached dwelling at 8, Heaton Road, Upper Batley, Batley.  Application No. 2023/92859.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15

The following planning application has been received which affects a public right of way

4. Demolition of existing buildings and erection of 9 dwellings at Moorhouse Farm, Moorhouse Lane, Birkenshaw (Footpath Nos. SPE/6/10, SPE/6/40, SPE/6/50, SPE/7/20).  Application No. 2023/93013.

The following planning application has been received which constitutes Major Development and affects a public right of way
