I give notice that the Council has received the following application for planning permission, which is for a major development as defined in the Planning Acts, within the Fleetwood Conservation Area, as follows: Application Number: 23/00993/FULMAJ Proposal: Demolish the existing former Fleetwood Health Centre and build 18 new dwelling houses on the site (pursuant to variation of condition 5- to substitute the approved Flood Risk Assessment, paragraph 6.2.10 has been updated to include the option of a beam and block floor on the ground floor construction) on permission 19/00832/FULMAJ Location: Fleetwood Health Centre London Street Applicant: Mr S Deol.
