The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
A/23/95642/VAR Adventure Playground Haigh Woodland Park School Lane Haigh. To vary condition 2 of A/22/94261/LA to allow development to be constructed in accordance with amended plans, altering position and design.
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for the above works which the Council considers would affect the setting of a listed building and which is within a Conservation Area: Haigh Village – Amendment Addition.
A/23/95704/MAJOR Winstanley College Winstanley Road Billinge. Change of use of land to construct an overflow car park including grasscrete surfacing and lighting columns.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the
Development Plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
A/23/96200/VARMAJ Site of Ashtons Tenement Farm Bickershaw Lane Abram. To vary condition 2 of Planning Permission A/21/92102/MAJOR – to allow installation of windows to bathrooms.
A/23/96251/MAJPSI Wigan And Leigh College Parsons Walk Building Parsons Walk Wigan. Redevelopment of Wigan & Leigh College Parsons Walk Campus including demolition of the School of the Arts, Main Building and Tower Block and erection of a new college building, gable end treatment to UCLAN building, car parking and associated landscaping works.
