The following applications have been received by the Council. The reason I for advertising is indicated at the end of the details of the application. The reason abbreviations are LB = Listed Building; CA = Conservation Area.

PL/23/3181/VRC Major Development

Rock House, Austenwood Lane, Chalfont St Peter. Variation of Condition 22 (Approved plans) of Planning Permission PL/22/4226/FA (Demolition of vacant former care home and erection of 10 dwellings and 2 detached carports) to allow for the removal of a single parking space and the introduction of additional landscaping along with the alteration of the car barns to pergolas.

Watermeadow House, Watermeadow, Chesham. New external rear door and combined windows.

PL/23/3118/FA LB

Cowcroft Farm, Tylers Hill Road, Chesham. Changes to driveway, re-positioning of a telegraph pole and the erection of a deer fence with pedestrian and vehicle gates.

PL/23/3042/FA CA & affects setting of LB

Fox and Hounds Public House, Silver Hill, Chalfont St Giles. Proposed new residential dwelling on existing tarmac parking area, with two parking spaces.

PL/23/3099/HB LB

71-87 High Street, Amersham. Listed building consent for repairs to outbuilding.

Westway Cottage, Green East Road, Jordans Listed building consent to replace the existing front door and ground floor sash window to the left of the front door with like-for-like replacements.

PL/23/3138/FA CA & affects setting of LB

60 High Street, Great Missenden. Ground and first floor rear extensions, internal alterations to convert vacant bank building to offices.

PL/23/3035/FA & PL/23/3036/HB LB in CA

The Crown Hotel, 16 High Street, Amersham. Conversion of existing detached outbuilding into a gin distillery with associated storage, ancillary to hotel use.

PL/23/2901/FA Major Development

Quarrendon Farm, Quarrendon Farm Lane, Amersham. Conversion of four agricultural buildings to form three dwellinghouses with link extension between former dairy parlour and barn and associated operational development.

PL/23/3169/FA CA

Gentians, 1 Manor Drive, Chesham. Bois Partial single storey and partial double storey rear extension, single storey side extension, partially raising the existing roof ridge and adding a rear dormer to facilitate a loft conversion, changes to windows on side elevations plus insertion of 9 new rooflights to side and front elevations.

PL/23/3154/FA & PL/23/3155/HB LB in CA

Rumbles Sandwich Bar, 6-8 Church Street, Chesham. Conversion of the entire existing first floor into a separate residential flat (a flat already exists at first floor but part of the first is also used in association with the ground floor commercial use), change to a first floor rear window and internal changes including removal of central staircase and partitions and erection of new partitions to change the layout of the first floor flat.
