LONDON BOROUGH OF HAVERING NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:
P1145.23: 216 - 218 Main Road Romford. Change of Use of ground floor from retail shop Use Class E(a) to Restaurant and Take Away Use Class E(b), installation of extraction flue systems, internal, and external alterations. Opening hours Mon-Thurs 8AM-11PM, Fri-Sat 8AM-12AM, Sunday and Bank Holidays 9AM-10:30PM, external seating area and boundary fence.
The development is in a Conservation Area
P1309.23: Honey Bee Cottage, Broxhill Road, Havering-atte-Bower Romford. Erection of five, 4-bed dwellings with associated landscaping, amenities and parking including vehicular crossovers, following demolition of existing dwelling and outbuildings
The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.
P1348.23: Stubbers Adventure Centre, Ockendon Road Upminster.
Extension/re-surfacing of the tarmacadam surfaced Main Car; replacement/relocation of the Reception building and provision of new toilet block.
The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.
P1363.23: The Squirrels, 2A Douglas Avenue Romford. Creation of 9 new dwellings and the increase in size of one existing dwelling.
This is a major development because the number of dwellings to be provided are 10 or more.
P1533.23: Hall Lane Miniature Golf Club, Hall Lane Upminster. Variation of Condition No. 1 (Accordance with plans) of planning permission ref: P0112.22 dated 19/10/2022 to substitute the approved plans, creating a more informal play area. (Application for reserved matters seeking approval of appearance, landscaping, layout and scale pursuant to Condition 1 of Outline Planning Permission (P0248.19) dated 16 September 2021 for the demolition of all buildings and structures on site, and redevelopment of the site providing up to 37 residential dwellings, creation of a new highway access, public open space and landscaping and related infrastructure. Details are provided to satisfy Conditions 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 26 and 30 of the Outline Planning Permission.)
This is a major development because the number of dwellings to be provided are 10 or more.
P1537.23: Montrose, Warley Road Upminster. Variation of Condition No. 2 of Planning Permission ref: P0146.23 dated 29/03/2023 to permit the addition of 2 no. rear dormers (Partial demolition of an existing equestrian stable yard and the erection of two storey three bedroom detached dwelling with associated parking and amenity space).
The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.
P1548.23: Bush Farm House, Bramble Lane Upminster. Erection of electric gates (Retrospective) The application affects the setting of a Listed Building.
P1553.23: 18 Shepherds Hill Romford. 4m rear extension, first floor extension of the existing dormer with Juliet balconies and new driveway.
The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.
P1565.23: 56 Parkway Romford. Proposed Roof Alterations with the construction of a rear dormer window and insertion of roof windows.
The development is in a Conservation Area.
