Proposed development at Eastfleld Stables, May Walk, Elsenham Road, Stansted, Essex, CM24 8SS.

Notice is given that Stuart Richardson, NB Investments UK Limited is applying to the Secretary of State for planning permission for erection of 5 residential dwellings and associated infrastructure.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans and other documents submitted with it at: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/section-62a-planning-application-s62a20230023-eastfield-stables-may-walk-elsenham-road-stansted-essex-cm24-8ss and at Uttlesford District Council Planning Department during all reasonable hours within the period of 14 days beginning with the date on which this notice was published.
