LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972, SECTION 123 (2A):
Disposal of open space land comprising former public convenience (now cafe) at Canbury Gardens, Kingston upon Thames
NOTICE IS GIVEN under section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames of Guildhall, High Street, Kinston upon Thames KT1 1EU intends to dispose by way of grant of a lease of open space land at former public convenience at Canbury Gardens, Kingston upon Thames. The lease is a renewal use for cafe use. A plan showing the area of land in question may be requested by e-mail from SLLP@merton.gov.uk or by post from SLLP, Gifford House, 67c St Helier Avenue, Morden SM4 6HY.
Representations in respect of this proposal should be made in writing and addressed to: dawid.miszkurka@kingston.gov.uk by no later than 12 noon on 17.11.2023.
