1-2 Sclater Street, London, E1 6HR PA/23/01842 Erection of 4th and 5th floor roof extension to provide 2no. flats together with change of use at ground floor to provide cycle store and ancillary plant

2 Morgan Street, London E3 PA/23/01906 Replacement of existing white single glazed sash and casement timber windows with white single glazed timber sash and casement windows to front elevation. Replacement of timber front door with like for like.

Flat 91, 11 New Crane Place, London, E1W 3TU PA/23/01871 Listed Building Consent for internal alteration for proposed works: Replacement of walk-in wardrobe attached to Bedroom 2 with an ensuite. Reconfiguration of bathroom with a new stud wall to create a dressing room and a smaller ensuite bathroom. Removal of bathroom door with the opening infilled and creation of two doorways within the current non-loadbearing wall with the support of a steel lintel. Addition of a 3-storey roof extension above the existing building at the north end of Corbet Place (2-4 Corbet Place.) Replacement of aluminium windows with crittal style steel framed windows to Lana House (118 Commercial Street) and replacement of metal cladding on ground floor Commercial Street elevation with red brick.

Flat 524 Lexington Building, Bow Quarter, 60 Fairfield Road, London, E3 2UF PA/23/01882 & PA/23/01883 Replacement of existing French doors and windows with French door and windows in similar appearance.

32 Commercial Road, London, E1 1LN PA/23/01780 Proposed for x1 Logo hanging Sign, all black with name of the business in white letters (Kore Gallery).

The following are householder applications and in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about these applications will be sent to the secretary of state, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage

19 Ropery Street, London E3 4QE PA/23/019278 Proposed ground floor side infill extension, floor plan redesign and all associated works.

Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Tower Hamlets is considering the following applications:

116-118, Commercial Street and 2-4 Corbet Place, London, E1 PA/23/00739 Addition of a single storey roof extension to provide Class E office accommodation above Lana House, Commercial Street (118 Commercial Street) and above the corner building on Commercial Street (114 Commercial Street).
