1. DC/23/1529/LB -

Proposed installation of 23 solar panels to the rear elevation, Wyndham House The Street, Market Weston (LB)

2. DC/23/1651/FUL -

Planning application -

a. install entrance door (following removal of existing shop front, fascia cornice, pillasters);

b. installation of fascia cornice and pillasters with infill insulated walls, sash windows and replica false doorway;

c. new roof and slate finish to rear extensions with external render, 16 Whiting Street Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk (LC)

3. DC/23/1652/LB -

Application for listed building consent -

a. removal of existing shopfront, facia cornice, pillasters, entrance door and window at ground floor front and removal of profiled metal roofs to two small rear extensions, together with two small windows to the rear yard elevation;

b. installation of new facia cornice and pillasters with infill insulated walls with new sliding sash windows and replica false doorway;

c. form new entrance door with six panel timber door to enlarged opening where window removed.;

d. installation of roof and slate finish to rear extensions, with external render and decoration made good;

e. internal refitting of bathrooms and toilets and making good of existing internal finishes, with additional wall insulation lining to all external walls;

f. installation of new kitchen and cellar to be renovated with new fire escape hatches in present basement pavement lights;

Application for listed building consent -

a. single storey side extension;
