 I hereby give notice that Sandwell Council has received the following applications under the planning acts, of which it is required to give public notice for the reason given at the beginning of each group of applications. 

This is a major application. Application no: DC/23/68742 Applicant: Lanica Agnew, Persimmon Homes (Central) Address: Land To Rear High Point Academy, Friar Park Road, Wednesbury Proposal: Proposed 105 dwellings with associated public open space. 

Applications are available to view via the Council’s Public Access website (www.sandwell.gov.uk). Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications can do so via the website, or via email to planning@sandwell.gov.uk within 23 days of the date of this advertisement quoting the application reference number.
