NOTICE OF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION SUBMITTED IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSIONProposed development at: Brockley Wood, Land off A12, Belstead, Suffolk, IP8 3JS

I give notice that Brockley Wood Ventures Ltd is applying to Suffolk County Council for planning permission for the following development:
Proposal: Extraction, processing and sale of sand and gravel, processing of inert waste materials and concrete batching with associated plant and related sales, associated access works, phased restoration using inert recovered materials and aftercare plan
Additional Information has been submitted in support of the application comprising the following submitted details: Ecological and Landscape Management and Maintenance Plan, Landscape Restoration Plan, Planting Restoration Plan, Restoration Area Plan, Ecological Mitigation Plan, Draft Unilateral Planning Obligation, Construction and Delivery Management Plan, Lorry Route Management Plan, Site Setup Plan Layout, Proposed Highway Access Site Plan Layout, Arboricultural Impact Assessment and Preliminary Method Statement, Acoustics Technical Note, Regulation 25 Further Response and Revised/ Supplementary Submission Documents. The proposal would affect a right of way to which Part 111 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 applies. The Public Rights of Way affected are all Footpaths: FPs 15,15A16,25,26,26A, 27,27A, 51, and 64.
The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement from NWA Planning, Globe House, 4 St Georges Street, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP4 3LH as long as stocks last at a charge of £150.
The proposal affects the setting of listed buildings namely 'Old Hall, Bentley', 'Charity Farmhouse', 'Crape Hall', 'St Mary's Church, Belstead' and 'Redhouse Farmhouse', 'Redhouse Farm Barns', and Woodsend and No. 1 Woodsend.
