NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 ARLINGTON – WD/2023/1723/F

Proposed development at Wilbees Farmhouse, Wilbees Road, Arlington, BN26 6RU. I give notice that Thomas Aston Homes Ltd, c/o Addo Design Ltd is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for demolition of existing redundant farm/ outbuildings and the construction of a bespoke residential dwelling house with associated access, parking and garden amenity. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
