Reason for notice: May affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area Application No: 2023/00515/FUL Application Type: Full Planning Location: 31 Wilson Patten Street, Bewsey And Whitecross, Warrington, WA1 1PG Proposal: Conversion of an Existing 7 Bed C3 Dwelling to 9 Bed/9 Person HMO and minor elevational changes. Applicant: Another Space Property Limited

Reason for notice: Affects the setting of a Listed Building and may also affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area Application No: 2023/00973/FUL Application Type: Full Planning Location: 79-81 Sankey Street, Bewsey And Whitecross, Warrington, WA1 1SL Proposal: Proposed installation of new shop front, ground floor rear extension and installation of ventilation/ extraction flue to rear. Applicant: KOA Warrington ltd
