What is planned?

Borough of Telford & Wrekin 

Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which require publication. (format: Application number - Site location - Proposal): 

TWC/2023/0773 – South Lynn Farm, Lynn, Newport – Erection of a building to provide storage and office space, along with associated ground works, infrastructure, and landscaping

TWC/2023/0775 – Dale View, 18 Dale Road, Coalbrookdale – Replacement of 9no. windows from wood to UPvC, 1no. front door from wood to composite and 1no. UPvc French doors to the rear 

TWC/2023/0777 – Land between, Castle Farm Way and A5 (Phase 1), Priorslee – Variation of condition 7 (deposited plans) of planning application  TWC/2022/0144 (Variation of conditions 4 & 8 of planning permission TWC/2019/0864 erection of 455no. dwellings, associated infrastructure and public open space) to facilitate amended layout and house designs to plots 272 to 455 (S.73 Application)) to allow amendments to previously approved plans 

TWC/2023/0783 – Chanery Cottage, High Street, Coalport – Application under Section 191 for a Certificate of Lawfulness for an existing use for the commencement of development under approved TWC/2020/0637 

TWC/2023/0785 – Land North East of Stirchley Interchange, Nedge Hill – Variation of Conditions 2 (Phasing), 3 (Materials), 5 (detailed plans) and 6 (play areas) of TWC/2022/0796 to facilitate changing in house types and minor highway layouts amendments

TWC/2023/0791 – Site of The Lodge, Yew Tree Drive, Lilleshall – Erection of 1no. dwelling with detached garage 

The above application(s) can be viewed on planning online at https://secure.telford. gov.uk/planning/home.aspx. Written representations can be made on planning online or by email at planning.control@telford.gov.uk and need to be received by 16 November 2023 (18 days for public service infrastructure development or 14 days for Permission In Principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of this publication. 

If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be made and existing representations will be forwarded to them.
