APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at: The former Stuffed Dormouse, Ponthir Road, Caerleon, Newport NP18 3NY.
Take notice that application is being made by: Midpoint Property Ltd.
Applicant name: Mr C King.
For planning permission to: Change of use, extension and alteration of restaurant building (former Stuffed Dormouse) to 10 apartments and construction of 3 no. townhouses in the car-park along with car parking for all residents and visitors.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Newport City Council. Local Planning Authority address: Regeneration and Economic Development Civic Centre, Newport NP20 4UR.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
