Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:
Application No. 53/22/00017: Springway Industrial Estate, Langport Road, Westonzoyland, Bridgwater, TA7 0JS. Outline planning permission, with some matters reserved, for the erection of 21 dwellings, on site of existing industrial buildings (to be demolished) & formation of access. This proposal is a major development
Application No. 34/23/00009: The Ark, Little Elm Road, Middlezoy, Bridgwater, TA7 0FD. Erection of new cider production & storage building. This development may affect a public right of way.
Application No. 27/23/00010: Cutters Combe, Enmore Road, Enmore, Bridgwater, TA5 2AH. Change of use of land from agricultural to allow for siting of 5no. caravan pitches, including new access & installation of a septic tank. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way.
Application No. 05/23/00011: Land East of, Cavalla Mews, Berrow, Burnham On Sea. Erection of 49 dwelling houses (including 20no. affordable dwellings) with associated access & infrastructure. This proposal is a major development
Application No. 09/23/00012: Land West of, Bristol Road, Bridgwater, TA6. Proposed employment development comprising the erection of 3no. buildings (Use Class B2 & B8) with welfare facilities, including associated parking, access, engineering, landscaping & drainage works. This proposal is a major development & may affect the setting of a public right of way.
Application No. 36/23/00013: Budley Farm, Cannington Road, Nether Stowey, Bridgwater, TA5 1LL. Erection of 2 New Domestic Storage Buildings. This development may affect a public right of way. (Householder application).
Application No. 13/23/00020: Woofington House, Blackmore Lane, Cannington, Bridgwater, TA5 2NF. Demolition of existing garden room, erection of two storey front (South) & side (East) extensions (revised scheme). This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application).
Application No. 24/23/00024 & 24/23/00025: Beaconsfield House, Chapel Road, Rooksbridge, Axbridge, BS26 2TB. Demolition of (South elevation) porch & erection of an orangery & boundary wall (to replace existing fencing). This application may affect the setting of a listed building. This application affects a listed building. (Householder Application).
For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
