REASON FOR PUBLIC INQUIRY

Appeal by AWE, REDROW, MULBERRY, CLOSE BROTHERS and BELLWAY against the refusal to Grant Modification of an Agreement made under Section 106 by Central Bedfordshire Council as Local Planning Authority for Modification of Section

106 Agreement attached to planning permission CB/11/01937/OUT and CB/11/01940/ FULL changes in relation to the installation, ownership, operation and use of a groundsource heat network under the Shenley Hill Country Park at Chamberlains Barn.

The Appeal Reference is APP/P0240/Q/23/3320249

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold a Public Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal. The Inquiry will be held as an entirely In Person event run by Central Bedfordshire Council.

Anyone wishing to attend the Inquiry must make that interest known to the Central Bedfordshire Council’s Appeals Team as soon as possible prior to the Inquiry, by emailing planning.appeals@centralbedfordshire.gov.uk after reading the Hearing Attendance Information set out below. When contacting the Appeals Team, it would be helpful if you could confirm whether you want to take an active part in the proceedings or attend only as an observer. This information will need to be provided to the Planning Inspector.
