NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 8 APPLICATION NUMBER: 21/00081/FUL

Proposed development at Land to the east of Oxford Road, Calne. I give notice that Lidl Great Britain Ltd is applying to Wiltshire Council for planning permission for Phased development to comprise: erection of a Class E(a) retail store, car parking and servicing areas, access, landscaping and associated works (Phase I); and erection of 10 employment units for use within Classes E(g), B2 and/or B8, car parking and external areas, access, landscaping and associated works, including a balancing pond (Phase II). The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
