Basement And Ground, 1 Fordham Street, London, E1 1HS PA/23/01763 Change of use of basement and ground floor from commercial space (Use Class E) into 1 residential unit (Use Class C3), associated external works to the front elevation and installation of rear facing window.
2-8 Beaumont Grove, London, E1 4NQ PA/23/01810 Replacement of existing windows with new aluminium windows.
31 Douro Street, London PA/23/01820 The construction of a single storey upwards extension providing two dwellings (Use Class C3), including private amenity space, cycle parking, refuse/recycling storage, and other ancillary works. Flat 91, 11 New Crane Place, London, E1W 3TU PA/23/01871 Listed Building Consent for internal alteration for proposed works: Replacement of walk-in wardrobe attached to Bedroom 2 with an ensuite. Reconfiguration of bathroom with a new stud wall to create a dressing room and a smaller ensuite bathroom. Removal of bathroom door with the opening infilled and creation of two doorways within the current non-loadbearing wall with the support of a steel lintel. Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Tower Hamlets is considering the following applications:
South Quay Plaza, 183-189 Marsh Wall, London PA/21/02721 Application for variation of Condition 4 (Approved Drawings) of Planning Permission PA/15/03074/A2, dated 22 March 2019 which gave consent for the following:
