Application Reference No: C/46/73B From Kettewell Holiday Cottages Ltd for Householder planning permission for interna reconfiguration of existing residential space and external alterations including replacement of windows, doors and rooflight; insertion of additional rooflight and ground floor bi-fold doors; removal of external balcony and steps; removal of render to gable end and re-point stonework and insertion of new glazed door/window behind retained barn doors at Rose Cottage, The Green, Kettlewell.

Application Reference No: C/46/79B From Ms Bev Bruce for Full planning permission for conversion of barn to local occupancy dwelling/holiday let with associated access and parking at Barn to southwest of Blossom Cottage, Starbotton.

Works to a Listed Building Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990

Application Reference No: C/50/83F/LB From Mr & Mrs C & S Pearson for Liste.d building consent for the removal of all cement pointing on all external aspects of the building and to repoint using lime mortar. Also, to undertake sympathetic repair to any existing time pointing as is required at Brows View, Linton.
