23/01969/FU4 - Land North Of B1286 / Market Crescent And South Of Cricklewood Drive, New Herrington, Houghton-le-Spring. Persimmon Homes Durham is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Construction of a link road between the junction of B1286 / Market Crescent and Cricklewood Drive. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan.
The above application relates to development on land or buildings owned by the Sunderland City Council.
23/02119/FUL - Saint Matthews Vicarage Front Street Newbottle Houghton-le-Spring DH4 4EP. Mr Craig Wilson is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Solar panels to be installed to south and west of the roof.
