NOTICE OF SUBMISSION OF FURTHER INFORMATION IN RELATION TO AN APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT (REGULATION 25 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017 (AS AMENDED)

I give notice that Ms Jo Davies, Enslow, Kidlington, Oxon OX5 3AY has submitted further information in relation to the environmental statement for the planning application for: Winning and working of mineral and progressive restoration to agriculture and nature conservation using imported inert and onsite materials as a north-east extension to Dewars Farm Quarry; retention of supporting infrastructure within the existing quarry, including processing plant, site offices, weighbridge and site access; and construction of new internal haul road between the extraction and processing areas at Dewars Farm Quarry and land to the north-east.

The application was made on 10 March 2023. You may view a copy of the application, supporting documents, the environmental statement and the additional information from 19 October 2023 online at http://myeplanning. oxfordshire.gov.uk using reference MW.0049/23 and also at Oxfordshire County Council, Environment and Place, County Hall, New Road, Oxford, OX1 1ND at all reasonable hours by prior appointment until 18 November 2023.

Any comments made previously on the application will still be taken into account in the determination of the application. Members of the public may obtain copies of the further information from GMKC Ltd, The Old Engine Shed, Whetton's Yard, Chapel Street, Bloxham, OX15 4NB for a fee of £75 for a hard copy and at no charge for an electronic copy as long as stocks last.

The decision notice will be available online once the application has been decided. NOTE Consideration of the development may take place in public and representations may be published. The proposal may be considered by the Council's Planning & Regulation Committee (Only comments relating to planning issues will be taken into account when reaching a decision). The Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended requires the determination of planning applications to be a public process. The Council will make information submitted in relation to planning applications available for public inspection and so it is not possible to take into account in the determination of the application any comments which are submitted confidentially. If you wish to submit any comments regarding this application, your comments as well as your name and postal address may be disclosed to third parties including those who have submitted the planning application.
