Application: 14/23/0032

Erection of a machinery storage building in paddock of Dillons, North End, Creech St Michael.

Application: 14/23/0035

Erection of 2 No. dwellings with attached garages and associated works on land south of Langaller Lane, Creech St Michael.

Application: 30/23/0022

Erection of a two storey and first floor extension to the rear with associated works at Luxhay Cottage, Lowton Road, Pitminster.

Application: 38/23/0266.

Conversion of first floor from 1 No. flat into 5 No. flats with construction of dormer to rear and installation of 6 No. skylights to the front of 38-40 Bridge Street, Taunton.

Affect Trees subject to a TPO -

Application to fell one lime tree, one alder and 3 ash trees and to carry out management works to 3 oaks, one ash, one goat willow tree and one sweet chestnut tree included in West Somerset District (Stogumber 1993) Tree Preservation Order T/3/81. (Additional removal of dead trees and branches included in the apphcation does not require permission) at Quarkhill Farm, Stogumber Road, Crowcombe, TA4 4BJ,

Application: 3/39/23/021.

Replacement of ground floor external doors, replacement of 4 No. casements windows on rear lean-to's, render to eastern rear-to and removal of small eastern gable window at 4 Priest Street, Williton.
