e) Erection of 2m high timber security fence to front boundary (Retrospective Application) (Resubmission of 23/01295/PLF) at Kilpin Fishing Ponds Rose Cottage Howdendyke Road Kilpin DN14 7TJ (Ref: 23/02806/PLF)
f) Variation of condition 2 (materials), condition 4 (landscaping) and condition 10 (approved plans) on planning application 20/03534/PLF (Erection of two dwellings following demolition of existing buildings) to allow alterations to design, layout and materials for Plot A at Pelham Lodge Clay Lane Breighton YO8 6DH (Ref: 23/01978/VAR)
Proposal (d) affects the setting of a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (c,f) are departures from the approved Development Plan of the area.
Proposals (b,e) affect a public right of way.
Proposal (a) is a major development.
