The council has the below proposals under consideration and is required to give notice.
Reason for notice: Application for Listed Building Consent
Application No: 2023/01195/LBC
Application Type: Listed Building Consent
Location: Pyramid Arts Centre, Palmyra Square South, Warrington, WA1 1BL.
Proposal: Proposed gates to the 2 No. fire exit doors/ enclosures located on Winmarleigh Street, fencing/gates across the emergency escape route and below the Kalwall tower at the rear of the building, and installation of new emergency escape lighting and signage.
Applicant: Warrington Borough Council.
Reason for notice: Affects the Setting of a Listed Building and Major Planning Application
Application No: 2023/01217/FULM
Application Type: Full Planning (Major)
Location: Orford Farm School Road, Orford, Warrington, WA2 9BW.
Proposal: Proposed erection of a three storey apartment block comprising 45 one and two bedroom flats, car parking, landscaping and associated works.
Applicant: Alderley Group (2019) Ltd. & Housing 21.
Reason for notice: Affects the setting of a Listed Building and may also affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area

Application Type: Full Planning
Location: Pyramid Arts Centre, Palmyra Square South, Warrington, WA1 1BL.
Proposal: Proposed gates with associated ironmongery to emergency exits on Winmarleigh Street, galvanised steel fencing/gate to underside of Kalwall tower at the rear of the building, galvanised steel fencing/gate to emergency exit to rear of the building, replacement of existing bulkhead luminaires with LED equivalents, and supply and install emergency escape signage along the escape route at the rear of the building.

Application Type: Listed Building Consent
Location: Barrow Farm Kenyon Lane, Croft, Warrington, WA3 4AY.
Proposal: Conversion and extension of agricultural building to create one residential dwelling, car port and associated.
Applicant: A.K Sharpe & sons.
