NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at land off Clough Street, Darwen, BB3 2ER.
I give notice that Gary Hoerty Associates on behalf of Brian Quinn has applied to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council for planning permission to erect three detached dwellings on land off Clough Street.
Any owner of land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should do so in writing within 21 days of the date of this notice to the Planning Department, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Old Town Hall, King William Street, Blackburn, BB1 7DY
