Persimmon Homes Durham is applying to the Local Planning Authority for planning permission for: Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) of 23/00634/VAR (attached to 22/00484/VAR and approved application 19/00804/REM) seeking approval for the addition of footpaths to both sides of the road in front of Plots 423-426. To include new Layout and Landscaping Plans for Phase 3.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan and affects the setting of various listed buildings which are included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest.

23/02111/LBC - Magistrates Court Gill Bridge Avenue Sunderland SR1 3AP. Ministry of Justice is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Works include the remedial repairs to basement support structure, including a concrete backfill of current 'lightwell' areas, timbers to support above floor and extra steels to help support the existing.
This relates to a Grade II Listed Building included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.
