23/02125/FUL - 13 Roker Park Road Sunderland SR6 9PF. Daniel Luck is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Replacement windows including porch, replacement front door and removal of bricked up entrance to the rear yard replaced with double garage door.
23/02122/VAR - Land To South Of Leechmere Road Grangetown Sunderland. TJ Morris Ltd is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Variation of conditions 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 13, 14 and 15 of planning permission 23/00192/FU4 (Demolition of existing reservoir structure and erection of retail unit (Class E) along with external display area, parking, landscaping, servicing area, altered access and associated works) for the deletion of the entrance tower projection from the building and alterations to the car park including reducing parking numbers and increasing parking space width.
23/02090/VAR - Land at Philadelphia Lane Newbottle Houghton-le-Spring. Persimmon Homes Durham is applying to the Local Planning Authority for planning permission for: Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) of 23/00634/VAR (attached to 22/00484/VAR and approved application 19/00804/REM) seeking approval for the addition of footpaths to both sides of the road in front of Plots 423-426. To include new Layout and Landscaping Plans for Phase 3.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan and affects the setting of various listed buildings which are included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest.
23/02131/FUL - Argyle House School 19 - 20 Thornhill Park Sunderland SR2 7LA. Argyle House School is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Extension above existing two-storey block located within the school building complex, to be used as additional classroom.
23/02111/LBC - Magistrates Court Gill Bridge Avenue Sunderland SR1 3AP. Ministry of Justice is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Works include the remedial repairs to basement support structure, including a concrete backfill of current 'lightwell' areas, timbers to support above floor and extra steels to help support the existing.
This relates to a Grade II Listed Building included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.
Copies of the applications and plans are available for inspection at City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA, during normal office hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm please note this is a self-serve facility. Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017
23/02091/VAR - Land South of Ryhope, Southern Radial Route Sunderland. Persimmon Homes Durham
is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Variation of wording to Condition 36 of approved application 19/01609/VA4 (Variation of conditions 3, 4 and 16 of approved application 16/01502/OU4).and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
The proposal also affects the setting of Ryhope Pumping Station which is included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest.
