NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the receipt of the following applications

1) Partial redevelopment of site consisting of the demolition of buildings and erection of a building for use by a builders’ merchant (sui generis use), with trade counter and mezzanine office, retention of 12 No. storage containers and associated parking, landscaping and engineering works comprising of levelling ground and hardstanding (Variation of condition 2 of planning permission DA/23/00616/VCON to allow for an increase in the height of the building and minor external alterations atOld West Barn Westwood Farm Highcross Road

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.

2) Development of a medical centre with undercroft car parking, landscaping, and other associated worksatCar Park Steele Avenue Greenhithe

(Application Ref. No. DA/23/00145/FUL-revised documents received)

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.

Any person who wishes to make representations concerning the applications should do so in writing within 21 days of the publication of this notice to the Development Manager using the Public Access system on our website. .

Any representations you make must be made available to the applicant or any interested party.  Representations will be available in hard copy at the Civic Centre.
