Application Number: Ny/2023/0159/Ful Proposed development at Skipton Rock Quarry, Harrogate Road, Skipton, BD23 6AB. I give notice that Tarmac Trading Limited is applying to North Yorkshire Council for planning permission for the Continuation to import inert materials for the purpose of stabilising rockfaces.

Members of the public may view the application, the plans, & other documents submitted with the application at North Yorkshire Council (Craven), Planning Department, Council Offices, Granville Street, Skipton during all reasonable hours until 26/10/23. Please note that this may require a prior appointment. You are advised to check with the Council before making your visit. The application may also be viewed using the Online Planning Register on the Council's website www.northyorks.gov.uk. If you wish to make comments about this application, please e-mail planning.control@northyorks.gov.uk or write to Planning, County Hall, Northallerton, DL7 8AH, by 26/10/23, quoting the above application number.
