Spa, CV33 9DE: Application for Variation of Condition 3 of planning permission
W/20/1847 (Erection of one dwelling and associated vehicular access) to allow
for a revised drainage strategy for Kenilworth Property Development.
LEAMINGTON SPA
W/23/1274 23 Strathearn Road, Leamington Spa, CV32 5NN: Erection of a
single storey side and rear extension for Ms J Hill.
W/23/1319 94-96 Parade, Leamington Spa, CV32 4AQ: Display of four
internally-illuminated fascia signs and one non-illuminated hanging sign for

ROWINGTON

Listed building consent for proposed alterations to existing barn to facilitate
