The Town and Country Planning Act requires the following to be advertised:
P23/V2214/FUL To create a pond measuring 40 metres x 30 metres within a newly planted woodland creation scheme, which will further enhance the biodiversity of the area and provide a fresh water habitat. The pond will be dug to a depth of 2 metres with 20 degree sloping sides, with pockets of variation to provide high levels of diversity. The pond will be either clay lined or lined with a textile membrane to ensure it is water tight. The pond wil be fed via natural rainfall and surface runoff from surrounding pastureland.
