Notice is hereby given that FCC Waste Services (UK) Ltd is applying for planning permission for Creation of access road, revised drainage lagoon, landscaping, drainage and other associated infrastructure Members of the public may inspect copies of, the application, the plans and other documents submitted with it at www.buckscc.gov.uk/planningapplications or in person at New County Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA during normal office hours or online at http//publicaccess.buckscc.gov.uk/online-applications/ including via internet terminals in public libraries.

Reasons for Publication: It is a Major Development. Departure – It does not accord with the development plan in force in the area. It would affect a right of way to which Part 3 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 applies. It would affect the setting of a Listed Building.
