NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15
The following applications have been received by the Council:
P23/1178 – The Occupier for Demolition of existing buildings and erection of convenience retail store (Use Class EA) and Restaurant with drive thru (Use Class EB), alterations to Car Park. Landscaping and associated works at Showroom and Premises, Mucklow Hill, Halesowen, B62 8BW.
PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) REGULATIONS 1990
These applications affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area or the setting of a Listed Building.
P23/1017 – The Occupier for Outline application for the erection of 74 no. dwellings (layout and scale to be considered) (following demolition of existing buildings) – at 84-90, High Street, Dudley, DY1 1QP
P23/1027 – The Occupier for Display of 4 no. internally illuminated LCD monitor screens and 7 no. window vinyl graphics (following removal of existing lightboxes and window vinyls) at 35-47, High Street, Brierley Hill, West Midlands. DY5 3AB

Please note that any comments made will be published in full on the Internet. When responding electronically, please send your comments as attachments if you do not wish your e-mail address or telephone number to be published.
