TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

23A255/PD560/WC: Telecommunications Equipment By Roundabout At Bushey Hall Drive And Aldenham Road, Bushey. Installation of 15m SG slim-line monopole with 6x antennas, 3x equipment cabinets and ancillary works. Reason: Green Belt.

23/1260/OUT/ES: Birchville Cottage, Heathbourne Road, Bushey Heath, Bushey, WD23 1PB. Demolition of existing dwelling house and outbuildings. Construction of 2x3 bed single family dwelling houses and 2x4 bed single family dwelling houses. Provision of off-street carparking; cycle storage; and bin stores. (Outline application to include access, layout and scale with appearance and landscaping matters reserved). Reason: Green Belt.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
