Reference: AVA/2023/0711 Applicant Name: Mr Steven Williams Address: Land North Of Alfreton (South Of B6025), Meadow Lane, Alfreton, Derbyshire, Proposal: Variation of condition 3 (approved drawings) of AVA/2021/0313 to substitute 'Typical Building Plans & Elevations C0002292_06 Rev A' with 'C0002292_06 Typical Buildings Plan and Elevations_RevB'. Additionally, a further drawing, C0002292_16 DNO Substation Elevation Rev_B, will need to be referred to in Condition 3 to reflect the change in design of the DNO substation.
