Proposed development at land at Allerton Waste Recovery Park, Harrogate, I give notice that Tynedale Roadstone Limited, having made an application accompanied by an Environmental Statement to North Yorkshire Council for planning permission for erection of an Asphalt Plant, single storey site office cabin, welfare storage area with associated car parking spaces, aggregate storage bays, widening of internal access road, blast wall/acoustic barrier, lighting, associated hardstanding and removal of trees, have submitted further information in relation to the Environmental Statement comprising the following: Supplementary Environmental Statement. THE NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNCIL HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 – SECTION 116 STOPPING UP OF HIGHWAY AT ROAD U8093/9/50 TO THE SOUTH OF THE C263 BAR LANE, ROECLIFFE, HARROGATE NOTICE OF HEARING IN MAGISTRATES’ COURT TAKE NOTICE that The North Yorkshire Council, being the highway authority for North Yorkshire, intends to apply to the York & Selby Magistrates’ Court sitting at Clifford Street, York, YO1 9RE at 10.00am on 03/11/23 for an Order under Section 116 of the Highways Act 1980 to authorise the stopping up of an area of highway to the south of the C263 Bar Lane, Roecliffe, Boroughbridge on the ground that it is unnecessary. The effect of the Order will be that the land in question ceases to be part of the highway. A plan showing the proposed area of highway to be stopped up has been deposited at Boroughbridge Community Library & Resource Centre, 17 St James Square, Boroughbridge, York YO51 9AR and may be inspected there free of charge during normal office hours – further details of the proposal can

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC Boroughbridge Road, Knaresborough ORDER 2023 NO 350 ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1) (AS AMENDED) North Yorkshire Council intends to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Tentergate Road, The Avenue, Blind Lane, Somerly Lane, Victoria Avenue, Norwood Court, Norwood Close, Park Grove, Halfpenny Lane, Park Gate, Beech Grove and Greengate view, Knaresborough due to Footway Slurry Seal) works. It is envisaged that the restriction will be in force from 12/10/23 until
26/10/23 inclusive, however the maximum duration of this Order will be for. The closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate.
