Public consultation for proposed development at Salden Park
Taylor Wimpey will be preparing its first phase of reserved matters planning applications, as part of the 1,795 new homes in Salden Park. The development will provide a variety of new homes ranging from 1-bedroom apartments to 5-bedroom homes, including up to 30% of the new homes provided as affordable housing.

We will be holding a public exhibition event from 3pm – 8pm on the following date and location: Longueville Hall, Whaddon Road, Milton Keynes M17 0AT on Thursday 19th October.
The consultation period will run from Thursday 19th October until Friday 27th October 2023, during which time you can provide feedback on our proposals by emailing us at salden-park@taylorwimpeypr.co.uk
