NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:

L0008.23, 27 Meadway, Romford. Listed Building consent to replace external rear door which is beyond economical repair with bespoke door and frame constructed to similar style as existing. To re-fit existing latch to ensure like for like appearance. This is with the purpose to provide improved security, insulation and better draught/weather resistance.

The development relates to a Listed Building

P1409.23, The Old Rectory. The Chase, Upminster. Single storey rear extension

The development is in a Conservation Area

The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.

P1410.23, The Old Rectory, The Chase, Upminster. Two 2x storey outbuildings to be used as a gym, bar, office, and games room ancillary to the existing dwelling & Installation of a new pool.

The development is in a Conservation Area

The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.

P1441.23, 6 Meadway, Romford. Demolition of bay and outside W/C and construction of single storey rear extension and internal reconfiguration.
