PUBLIC NOTICE
THE TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 (as amended)
Application No: 23/01602/PAN.
A Proposal of Application Notice has been submitted by Forsa Energy Ltd to Fife Council to increase the export capacity of an existing planning permission (22/03551/Full) for a gas-fired peaking plant from 19.9MW to 20.7MW and associated infrastructure.
The location of the site is the 'Blackshed' site, Belleknowes Industrial Estate, Inverkeithing KY11 1LJ.
The public consultation will be held at the Double Tree Hilton Hotel, Queensferry Crossing, St Margarets Head, KY11 1HP on the 11th October and the 26th October 2023, between the hours of 3pm and 7pm, where representatives of the company will explain the proposal.

All comments on the proposal can be made in person at the first consultation or by contacting the undernoted within 14 days of the first consultation date.
Comments on the proposal are to be made direct to the undernoted and NOT to Fife Council. Formal comments can be made direct to Fife Council once the planning application has been validated.
