PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

a) Installation of bathroom extractor and fan vent to be
added to the dormer exterior to prevent mould and
damp, replace open fire with a log burner and oak mantel
in living room with suitable flue liner and installation
of new combi-boiler with new flue in kitchen following
removal of cupboard at Orchard Cottage Main Street
Sutton Upon Derwent YO41 4BT (Ref: 23/02312/PLB)
Proposal (a) is a Listed Building scheduled under Section 1
of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas)
Act 1990.
