WORKS WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA - P0781/23/FUL - Erection of a two storey extension with associated works. - Rosedean, Parsons Lane, Lowbands, Redmarley.

AFFECTING THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING -P1152/23/FUL - Erection of retaining walls, ground mounted solar panels, roof mounted solar azpanels, wind turbines, Air source heat pump and detached plantroom. - Wych Hazel Cottage, Blakeney Hill, Blakeney.

AFFECTING A LISTED BUILDING - P0903/23/FUL - Alterations to existing petrol station to include replacement below ground storage tank, EV charging bays, building extension and canopy alterations including extension and raising. - Churcham Garage, Main Road, Churcham.

WORKS WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA/ AFFECTING THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING - P1191/23/FUL - Erection of a detached garage with associated works. Demolition of existing container and garden sheds. - Woodland View, Staunton.

Applications submitted can be inspected electronically at the Council Offices, High Street, Coleford, Glos, GL16 8HG, during office hours or through the Council’s website at www.fdean.gov.uk using the P reference number quoted above. Any representation about any applications should be made in writing to me at the above address no later than the 25th October 2023. Comments made will be available for public inspection on the website.
