PLANNING NOTICE

The applications below are advertised under the provisions of the DMPO 2015/LBCA 1990 and T&CP (EIA) Regulations 2017.

23/02047/OUT By Blok (UK) Ltd for the Outline planning application for the erection of residential dwellings, green infrastructure with access and scale included all other matters reserved (amended description) at Land Adjoining Centurion Way and Byley Road Sproston Middlewich.

The following two applications are accompanied by an Environmental Statement and any comments for these applications should be made by 30.10.2023.

23/02766/FUL By Infinis Solar Developments Ltd and Green Earth Developments for re-engineering, remediation (through the creation of a development platform), restoration, and subsequent installation of a commercial scale photovoltaic solar park including a battery energy storage system (BESS) and other associated development at Land At Winnington Avenue Northwich.

Hard copies of the Environmental statement, as a four-volume set, are available at a cost of £200 by writing to Axis, Well House Barns, Chester Road, Chester, CH4 0DH. Alternatively, the Non-Technical Summary (NTS) can be purchased on its own from the same point of contact for £15, with the entire Environmental Statement available for purchase on a CD for £10. Finally, an electronic copy of the Non-Technical Summary is also available to download for free from www.wallerscotesolarpark.com

23/00320/FUL By Tarmac Trading Ltd for a lateral and deepening extension of the approved excavation area within Crown Farm Quarry for the winning and working of an additional 5.58 million tonnes of sand, along with the remaining approved reserves and provision of ancillary electrical substations (2 no. fixed and 1 no. movable), during the currently permitted period, under planning permission ref 20/01012/S73 dated 13 August 2020 (2020 permission), for mineral extraction to 22 February 2042 and restoration to be completed within a further 12 months of the cessation of mineral extraction at Crown Farm Quarry Stoneyford Lane Oakmere Northwich CW8 2JL. Under Regulation 25 of the Town & Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017, further information in relation to an environmental statement which has already been provided, was received on 12th September. Members of the public can view this information on-line at the Council's website and at Council Offices. Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement Addendum A by either emailing info@dickinsonplanning.co.uk to receive a link or a hard copy by submitting a written request, at a charge of £120.00 including VAT. Any representations should be made in writing by 30.10.2023 to the Cheshire West and Chester Council at the above address.
